About me
I am Dra. Karina Marylin Tapia Falero, a physician committed to and passionate about providing comprehensive care to my patients. My professional path combines clinical experience with continuous training in gynecology and obstetrics. I feel a deep commitment to caring for people, especially in vulnerable communities, where I have been able to lead health initiatives that make a difference. My love of medicine and my wish to improve other people’s quality of life drive me to keep growing, always keeping a human approach in every consultation and treatment.
I am a physician and surgeon, graduated from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2012, with an active medical license. Throughout my career I have complemented my training with courses, diplomas and workshops in key areas of medicine, such as medical emergencies, geriatrics, gynecological and general ultrasound, as well as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and the care of polytrauma patients.
My focus on continuing education includes training in the management of infectious diseases, healthy living strategies and advanced clinical diagnosis, always aiming to offer quality care based on scientific evidence.
